Introduction

Before we get started, we schedule an intake session. We'll explain my approach and align on expectations. We assess whether there's a good match, discuss the scope of the collaboration, and decide how co-creative the process will be.

1 – Ambition & objectives

We start with a strategic kick-off session. No superficial brainstorm, but a focused working session in which we define the feasibility, opportunities and challenges of your launch. I prepare an analysis of your sector and key competitors, so we can jointly define the context during the session.
